  • Order Processing: The standard order processing can take upto 1 to 3 business days after receipt. However the orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed in the next business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees depend on the weight of the items and delivery address.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the delivery status of your package.

Return Policy

  • Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days from the purchase date. Items must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom made items or sample products are not eligible for return.
  • Return Process: Contact our customer service team for a return. The customer should pay the return shipping fees unless the item is defective.
  • Refunds: The return item will be inspected when received, you will be notified once it is approved or rejected for refund. If approved, the refund processing will take a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
